All I can say is a lot of companies should get training from the staff here as in how to deal with customers. They went above and beyond to help me out yesterday. A joy to deal with.

Best service we have had from any bin company.... not only can you pay as you go for the weeks that you need the bins to be collected, but even when u forget to put the bin out the gentlemen come in and get ur bin and empty it for you ? excellent service ? everyone should use kollet ?

Excellent service. ?? Pay as you Use is great value. The website is easy to navigate. The text alerts about which bin collection is due in my area, and reminders to leave bins out for collection is brilliant. Customers always informed of any delays ( or any issues ) in collections. Go Áine, ???

Best move i made switching to kollect lads are very helpful and nice my other half had a great laugh with the boys this morning when they gave him a big sticker ha ha ?

I joined kollect recently I spoke to Pat whom was very gud in explaining prices ect and hassel free pay only for whatever bin u need emptied . No montly fee. Tey offer a fantastic service. Cudnt recommend tem enough . Tey even text u the day b4 to remind u .Tey offer an excellent service.

I recently joined Kollect. I'm delighted with the service. I get reminder txts the night before the bin is due to be put out. A great service from local people. Last week i booked the man with a van who came and collected junk from the side of my house. They Took? matress, bikes, carpet, bbq, old trampoline and much more. I couldn't be happier with the price and service. Now i have the area down the side of my house reclaimed. Im going to put it to good use.

There are some times happening misunderstandings .,but they manage fix them fast.I am with this company for 5 years now and am happy,never will change ...Nice people and good service.

I'm with Kollect now for a while and I must say, pay as you go is great, easy on the pocket, had to ring a few times and the staff could not be more helpful,very pleasant altogether , couldn't recommend them enough

I for one am delighted with this company from the start, I never had any problem at all with them. They are most obliging and accommodating for every reason. I wish them the best of luck in the future.

I must say this company is very good I am so happy I went with them,I will be staying with them for the long hall.

What great customer service, nice to have a company that look after you and not trying to drain every penny out of you,for example last week I forgot to put my bin out and the guys came in and got it for me,keep up the great work guys ???
