I must admit I do love Kollect. I love the regular collections and I have to admit I have been onto them quiet a few times regarding my bins (or accidently pressing proceed button an extra time while booking bins) I only need to send a message and the ring within minutes and have the problem sorted within the day. Aine is great she has often gotten back to me even after hours which I mean is only top class customer service... Only fault I do have though is when I put my bin out Its out for majority Of The day and collected late in evening (some through no fault of there own but in regards to truck break downs etc) though u are told to have it out 7am but to have a regular time set to have bins collected would be great. Anyway *5 stars for me best service I've gotten with Any refuse company ???

Kollect is a great service to have its in your hands when you need the bin collected you just book it in yourself not like other bin services when it has to go out on the day of collection its stress free really that's the way I see it ...

5 star service with Kollect, I forgot to book my bins in and when I was moving property I sent a message through there online service and my bins were collected. My bins were also transferred to my new house during out of work hours! You wouldnt get that kind of service else where. I also love that its pay as you go with no sign up fee or hidden costs .. highly reccomened ?

Kollect is great! The booking system is quick and easy, the service is consistently good and there are actual people there to chat to if you need a hand with anything - not always something you get when you're using an online service. I highly recommend them!

I have had a lot of problems with ye from day one too many to go into on here. But turned me off your company the treatment i got.

Best rubbish collection company around! I forgot to put my bin out before I went to work but when I got home my bin had been emptied, excellent customer service.

Prices are good. I like online booking. They also got rid of those annoying spam texts to let you know that there was a pickup in your area . They used to send these every week regardeles of if you had a bin due for pick up or not. Bin's are sometimes thrown in front of drive rather than put back where they were left. Overall happy with Kollect but they could do with some improvements

Really impressed with the customer service, the response rate on Messenger is amazing, even at 20 past midnight!

What a great service I completely forgot to ring in during the wk for my bins to be collected fri so got on to aine thru mail and she said she'd do her very best to get onto the driver if passing my house and both bins were emptied . Highly recommend them thanks again for your help , will ring in time nxt wk . ?

I only recently became a customer but am absolutely delighted with the service! Dead easy to order and very friendly staff...first time my bin was lifted I got a message late afternoon to say they were still collecting. Then got an Email to say thanks for being a customer and asking what i thought about the service...all I can say is that I'm VERY impressed, keep it up guys and thank you!
