I will not recommend you to anyone. I deposited money into your account on 22 February and i was promised that it will be credited in two working days. It's now 3 weeks but money is not in my HNB USD account. Your company is a fraudulent business and i will not recommend it to anyone

Transfer time is wuick and thanks for that. But when I did the last transfer recipients hasn't seen it in their bank and I thought it hasn't been transferred. So when I called after 2 business days your support team couldn't give me an answer and asked me to wait until 3 business days are pass by. Then I had to give them an extra day and call. But when I called the second time a lady really helped me. She took care of me very well and confirmed that the transfer has gone on the very next day. Further she informed me what steps I should take if recipient still says that they haven't received the money.
