After calling nearly a week ago, then calling again, they said someone will get back to me. It’s good to know how companies work with new clients, I’m my case, it seems they couldn’t be bothered.
Needless to say, I definitely won’t use this company, as if I ever was in need of urgent support, I wouldn’t get it!

After a nightmare few months with my old website and two different web designers, i came across Cotswold Web and after checking out their website, social media previous work and testimonials i got in touch with them. Nathan and Richard were exceptionally patient with my un-ending design revisions, and really went the extra mile delivering a modern, fresh looking responsive design. Always available to advise and listen, Nathan, who I mainly dealt with, came up with some great ideas where I was struggling to think of answers. The reason I chose Cotswold web services was that when I viewed their portfolio of previous work, every link on every site I checked, worked! And that cannot be said for an awful lot of other web design businesses.

Just purchased a new website as I needed to upgrade to a newer format, excellent service from Richard Jaques and his team, if I have any problems using the site a quick phone call to them and all is explained. What can I say! I have used Cotswold Web Services for all of my web design over the past 5 or so years. My first encounter with the guys was when I was initially trawling the internet trying to find a company, that I felt I could trust, to develop my first professional web site. I had tried several companies before I eventually contacted the Cotswold Web Services team, and what an eye opener that first conversation was. Not only did they speak in a language I could understand, their knowledge and friendliness was so evident from the very first word! There was no pressure selling, just an understanding of my needs and concerns, and a genuine interest in progressing my business and giving me a bespoke web site that would take me forward.
I was listened to, and advised, and eventually a design for my web site that was both professional and affordable was reached. The work was carried out in a timely manner, and I was consulted at every point along the way. Nothing was too much trouble.
