A real breath of fresh air in modern times where so many companies these days are poor and unreliable, Evamo have proven that customer satisfaction can be achieved !!

I did some research into various mobile phone trade in companies, prior to sending in my old phone. After reading many mixed reviews of other companies, I found a link to Evamo, and all the previous reviews were very positive.

I decided that Evamo looked like the best option for trading in my old phone. Their price for trade in was competitive to the other companies, but what swayed me to use them, was the other reviews.

I'm glad I chose Evamo. Once I'd gone through the payment arrangements and agreed a price for my old phone, everything else throughout the process was very straight forward.
Evamo emailed me a link to print off a Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage label, they also posted me some packing materials to protect the phone in transit, and emailed me to confirm acceptance of my old phone. The day after they had received my old phone, they emailed me again to confirm they would be transferring the agreed funds to my back account that day. When I checked my balance online, sure enough, the funds were in there!!

Would highly recommend using Evamo if you're thinking of trading in your old mobile phone.!!

Good efficient & prompt service with phone packaging sent quickly following on from initial acceptance of my order. Acceptance quickly followed postage & completion acknowledged by E-mail.

Overall, having never used this service before, I’ve been very impressed not only with the communication throughout, but the speed as well in getting things done. When doing the initial order it was stated that payment would be made within 72 hours and I’m happy to say this was the case so all in all, top marks!!
