I have nothing but great things to say about Enterprise Capital buy more specifically our representative, Gabriela Chanel, who helped us out with obtaining a loan for first time (and very new CDL) truckers. I called and spoke with Gabriela about a year and a half before I was ready to purchase and I told her I would call her back when I was ready. When I did, she pulled up her notes and and immediately started helping me out with all my questions and concerns. Gabriela went so far as to assisting us in finding the right truck for us, which is perfect. She was always quick to answer our emails and calls and if she didn't have the answer she made sure to get the answers for us. We have now purchased the truck and unfortunately, have had a few issues with the state of Florida and she has even gone above and beyond to help us get those questions answered. Gabriela Chanel has made our carrier change and this daunting buying experience so stress free. I can't thank her enough for all her help as well as her supervisor Sharlene and her other associates.

My Brother turned me onto these folks. We're both Owner Operators growing our transportation business. When you find a reliable source for financing you've got to take advantage of the opportunity so I bought two used trucks (Semi and Box). They kept me informed every step of the way on both deals. Reid called me and we put a deal together.. they financed a used Pete 379 for me that my friend down the road had for sale. I was surprised they'd finance a private sale. So many other companies said they couldn't do a deal like that. Thanks again guys! I will be back on my next truck purchase.

I would like to say that i did not have a good experience with any one at enterprise capital i wouldn't recommend them to anyone they tell you one thing today and tomorrow you can't get anyone to answer the phone or call you back.

This customer was upset as there was no one in the office to answer his call late on a Friday afternoon. We returned his call the next morning on a weekend as a courtesy and that still was not satisfactory. We then promptly refunded our fees and he still felt the need to make this complaint.
