I am so happy with my experience of purchasing drapery hardware from Fabrics and Drapes! As I was hanging these products myself, I initially had some difficulty getting the rod to work as advertised, however after very quick and responsive customer service through email, everything is working great and just as advertised. Trouble filled experience with no explanation of order "reprocessing" other than acknowledgment it was an "inconvenience. No customer service number listed on website, had to harvest from Amazon. When I called through through Sprint Relay, a provider for the deaf, the person hung up 3 times! Due to my own tenacity, and multiple e-mails, the situation was remedied. Way to much effort for a small but needed order.
