My entire goal for signing up with Forward was to establish better care for myself. I have had multiple bad experiences with MD’s and doctors offices, yet I still was willing to give forward a chance because their sales rep sold me on the dream. I went into this situation with an open and optimistic mindset. I was transparent and vulnerable with my doctor simply to find out Forward was a big time wasting machine.

The cost of regular doctor’s visits and medication is expensive enough as is, and I was looking forward to reducing the cost for maintaining my health but that was the exact opposite of what happened. I’m in a worse position than when I started thanks to their “team”, I took time off work for an appointment that furnished zero positive outcome and have lost sleep many nights in a row due to the stress and anxiety they caused during this ordeal which has dragged out for a month now.

My wife and I had extremely detailed conversations over multiple phone calls and text message threads with their sales rep. We asked every question we could think of and everything was “double checked” and “confirmed” by their sales rep. After signing up for their services I had my first appt with one of their MD’s who wasn’t able to prescribe the medications we had already been assured on multiple occasions they could!

Their “care team” is absolutely horrendous and responds as if they are a robot who can’t comprehend what you are saying or asking. They never reply with a solution, all they do is we’re sorry for the misinformation say that they let their customer service team know about the issue and they don’t even have a customer service department to speak to whether it be via email or phone call, so your stuck with their “care team” who DOESN’T CARE and a non existent customer service team.

They did nothing but waste my families time and get our hopes up. They continually pushed my concerns and requests to the side without any regard to fixing their endless mistakes.

Highly unprofessional company who grossly lacks integrity. Just another company with shady operating practices, looking to take advantage of those in need and treat you like another statistic. Stay FAR away from them, unless you are looking to waste money and never get any true support. After my experiences with them and continual research into them; I’m not surprised they have such a bad reputation online, do not become a victim of this scam of a company!!

A Harrowing Ordeal with The Forward Company - A Customer's Tale of Broken Promises, Disappointment, and the Fight for Refunds

To say my experience with The Forward Company has been horrific would be an understatement. In today’s digital age, it’s remarkable to encounter a company so ill-equipped in providing fundamental customer service that it feels as though it has sprung from the depths of a Kafkaesque nightmare. As a customer, it's been an exhausting journey of unfulfilled promises, severe scheduling issues, and unresolved complaints.

From the onset, my encounter with The Forward Company was far from smooth. Having placed an order for a package, the delivery never arrived. Despite sending multiple emails regarding the issue, it was as if my communications were falling into a black hole. The company seemed to exhibit a complete disregard for resolving the issue, causing immense frustration and questioning my decision to engage with them in the first place.

The issues didn't stop there. My attempts to schedule an appointment with the company were met with egregious waiting periods that seemed to stretch into the realm of the absurd. The prospect of waiting for an indefinite period to rectify an issue that shouldn't have occurred in the first place was an unpalatable prospect. Such unreasonable delay and lack of responsiveness are inexcusable in our current era where customer-centric solutions should be at the heart of every business operation.

The tipping point arrived when I received a scheduled package notification, but no package ever arrived. When I communicated this to the company, their response was not only shocking but also a stunning display of their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. They suggested that I don't need the package and should proceed with the appointment. This was a clear indication that the company fails to understand that the complete customer experience is not only about the service but also about the product or, in this case, the package.

An essential part of the Forward Company experience, as advertised, is to have the package as part of the overall experience. To insist that I proceed without it is an unequivocal breach of their promise. It renders the entire experience hollow and disappointingly incomplete. To date, I am out of pocket by several hundred dollars, with no package to show for it and no satisfying experience whatsoever.

Their solution to this problem was to offer a one-month compensation, a band-aid solution that did little to address the root of the issues. It’s akin to offering a plaster for a broken leg - an inadequate and almost insulting resolution. They need to understand that a mistake on their part does not constitute an emergency on mine, and their poor service cannot be simply wiped clean with such a meager consolation.

As a customer, it feels like a battle I didn’t sign up for. In response to my repeated requests to cancel the service, they seemed to be stalling and playing for time, perhaps hoping I would lose interest and patience. This situation has left me feeling unheard, under-valued, and outright disrespected.

In light of this, I have been left with no choice but to set up a dispute against The Forward Company. The service promised was never provided, the company has failed to address my complaints appropriately, and I am still without the package that I paid for. I am now fighting them to get my money back.

The experience has been nothing short of a horror story. It's the perfect example of how not to treat customers and how not to run a company. With the severe mishandling of customers, I wouldn't be surprised if The Forward Company’s reputation takes a serious hit. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking and serves as a stern reminder of how crucial excellent customer service is.

To anyone considering doing business with The Forward Company, I would advise caution. It is important to be aware of the potential challenges you may face, based on my own personal experiences. While I cannot speak for every customer's experience, it's essential to tread carefully and make sure you are prepared for potential issues. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

In conclusion, my experience with The Forward Company was a distressing chapter, marred by unresolved issues, unfulfilled promises, and a haunting lack of empathy or customer service. As a paying customer, one expects to be heard, respected, and valued. Unfortunately, in my case, I was left disappointed, frustrated, and out of pocket. It's a lesson I have learned the hard way and one I hope no one else has to endure.

When it comes to personal health, Forward changes everything. For the first time I wish Yelp would let me give 6 stars. It's that great!

I visited Forward at the recommendation of a trusted friend for the first time in early July and my very high expecations were not just exceeded - they were blown away.

It changed my life - literally. Because now I actually look "forward" to speaking with and going to the doctor. With unlimited visits, lab test onsite in real time and included as well as generic prescriptions the annual membership will pay for itself easily for most people. But beyond the price is the saving of time and overall convenience. Not to mention the world class care presented in a manner like you've never seen before.
