Shannon was very good. The bus was comfortable and the time spent at the canyon was great. All the stops were good and just the right amount of time. If I was asked what could be improved? Definitely reverse pick up/drop off. Didn’t like that we were one of the first and earliest stops- and then also the last to drop off. Also- I wish the busses were more clearly marked “Grand Canyon Destinations”.
