Not cool to blast mail the world about my purchase, which included details that were personal, including name and city. If you want to self promote, do it another way. Also, I've asked a question two or three times now to your customer service address and never got an answer back. Product was defective and since I had such a negative experience on getting a question answered, I almost returned it. Luckily for your company, a place that rents out your masks knew about the problem with the plastic soft insert and the man there was kind enough to fix it for me. You need to get your act together.

Hi, I'm leaving a 1 star on here simply because I have contacted customer support a month ago regarding my mask looking like someone has used it before. So far I haven't gotten any response back even a simple email. What is the address I can return this to?

Such a comfortable and so good for seeing all around you. The GoPro setting makes it that much better. I just used it in Costa Rica for my 30th birthday if you want any live footage of me using it in the Pacific Ocean just email me back just tag me if you use the footage on social media.
