It is 3/26 and package has not been received and fed ex cannot give me any tracking info, other than it was in my locality (city/state) and has traveled back to 2 states north to scanning location? I love this product. It makes my skin feel and look great. I highly recommend. On another note, it has been my experience that when you order a product you also get to choose a variety of samples also. It’s a great way to try additional products and these samples are a very generous size.

A bit early to tell how effective the eye gel is. And, I’m at a loss as to why sample sized products were sent - 4 in all - when I only ordered the eye gel. I was expecting one full size item but instead received the sample size. Color me perplexed.

I love your products, but I won’t buy from you again. I usually purchase your products from Amazon, but whenever possible, I’m buying directly from the seller. This was the first time I purchased from the seller directly, and my shipment will take a minimum of THREE weeks to get here. I could get it from Amazon in five days. There is no reason your shipping method should take so long, even though I live in Hawaii. It’s an absurd amount of time for a small package to arrive. Unfortunately, this will be the first and last time I order from you directly.
