Your website was so user friendly and i have used you for family holidays in the past .
BUT just noticed when i came home from my trip . in the small print that you didn't insure people on motorbike holidays and that is what i was on for the 3 weeks . We had a lovely trip Englind ,France, Italy then home again ... but your policy if anything happened wouldn't of covered me ..
In the futcher it wold be better for you to advertise that first ..

Hi John, glad you enjoyed your trip. First of all, my apologies that it wasn’t clearer on our website that motorbike holidays weren’t covered, I’ll look into clarifying that. However, in our policy wording which you ticked to say you had read, it does state in ‘Hazardous Activity (grade 1)’ that ‘Motorcycling up to 50cc are covered’ but if you were going around Europe I presume it was on a more powerful motorbike!
We can cover more powerful bikes as an extra add-on, see ‘Hazardous Activity (Grade 3) - Motorcycling (with a motorcycling licence, over 50cc wearing a crash helmet, no racing)’
