Very poor customer service with my renewal. I was tied into using the company for renewal as I had a claim in which was very slow. Your customer service response was to forward me to Dolmen who are not customer facing. Got the total run around. Plum claims who were dealing with my claim were awful. 30% increase in premium. Wont be using you again.
