I'd received a quote, then received 2 text messages saying a further discount was available but only if I signed within the day. Agreed to sign up but was told discount had already been applied. Misleading and pressurising to put it politely. Still placed my order but come renewal next year I'll remember this and give myself more time to shop around and move my business elsewhere
