The agent I dealt with was very helpful and professional, but when my insurance details arrived in the post, I was not pleased to see some information inaccurately recorded. I had not been asked the question at all on the telephone! We,the customer, are reminded constantly that we are required to give correct information or our policies may become null and void. This should apply to the Insurer also, so I wasn't very impressed with that!
