Very good service but when i renewed online i didn't receive any confirmation that the renewal was in place nor did i recieved a new disk but the money was transferred from my account. Had to follow up with a phone call to see what the problem was. Kind of makes the online renewal a waste of time

Delay in getting my cert issued after payment for the second year in a row! Initially they couldn't find my payment until I was able to track down the payment log number. Then they insisted they had sent out my insurance cert, however the cert never arrived. Eventually I was able to obtain a "duplicate," cert of the one I never got. Then another month later I got the original cert, however the date was from that time, not from when they said it had been issued. Maybe I'm just unlucky 2 years in a row. Customer service and premiums are generally good but I've had a couple of frustrating experiences. I would probably go with them again, 3rd time lucky I guess.
