I phoned insure my van 4 months ago to cancel my policy as my jeep has gone to the scrap yard and four months later the previous payment is still been taken from my account. I've phoned numerous times to tell them about their error and I'm still waiting on my refund. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Van broke down first time ever to me but managed to get it going no thanks to you! i was told i had breakdown this and that when i got the policy but when i called i was told because its over ten years old its not covered! even though I'm paying for it as part of my policy! premiums are still high too. even though I'm 49 full NCB no points
