They seem to take the lazy approach . Rather than checking to see if a payment went through ask the customers to pay again . As if people are rolling in it.

I am very disappointed with your phone service. I was left hanging on for ages listening to ads that were of no benefit to me. Then when I did speak to somebody he had to check my file and ring back, but of course he never rang back. My opinion is that a client trying to get information about insurance shouldn't be left waiting any longer than one minute.

I kept getting reminder emails that my policy was due. I could not stop them. I thought by law I should be able to by texting the word "stop" back to the sender. Then I got a text with someone elses name on it saying their policy was due for renewal. Then I got a text saying I was no longer covered as my policy has expired. This was 6 days before my renewal date. I rang to ask them to stop texting me & got another text the next day.
I wanted to get a quote for a named drier on my policy but I was so frustrated with all these unsolicited texts that I just paid the online amount for a driver only policy & didn't want to have to deal with this company anymore. I received another reminder text after I renewed & paid for my policy online.
As a van driver I am stuck for other affordable insurance companies. If I had a choice I'd be gone. I have a van but no one else can drive it but me even when I need them too as I couldn't face getting another quote.
