It took 2 months to get my merchandise. I ordered it Dec. 20th and did not receive it until the end of Feb! I know it was around the holidays when I ordered it & they were closed for the holiday, but that is still no excuse why I should not have gotten my order at least in early Jan. I will not order from them again!

It took months to receive my necklace that was ordered in November 2018, I finally received my merchandise in January 2019. I also inquired about a free gift since It took so long to receive my item. I was told to order a gift of my choice and I received the free gift before the original order.

Never received my items that they said I would receive before Christmas.. I kept trying to tell them that the shipment information hasn’t changed but they kept telling me to wait. When I realize I wasn’t going to get my items for Christmas I requested a refund. The reason who responded was not happy. I had to go through Pay Pal to receive my refund. The person told me to take my business elsewhere. So I did!!!!

I would love to change this review if I ever receive my product. I purchased one necklace almost 3 months ago and cannot receive on update on the item. I contacted the company yesterday with no response. I would either like my money back for the necklace I bought and did not receive or at least an update. I cannot get information on the tracking site either.
