I have not made it into there store/shop yet but would love to go. I gave called in and ordered parts over the phone recently and wish I would have earlier. I bought a 2001 Volkswagen Golf 1.9 TDI in October of 2016 without knowing anything about diesel engines or vw diesel engines and went to the local auto parts store when I needed some antifreeze and they sold me some universal antifreeze that messed my cooling system up and that one mistake combined with my lack of knowledge of VW TDI's led to a chain of events that has cost me thousands of dollars so far. I have been buying parts from Ebay until I made my first call to Mike a Kerma TDI. Mike was so helpful I called to ask a question about head bolts and ended up buying $414.00 and got all the parts I needed plus the knowledge to get them out on the car right he even suggested parts that would keep it running longer with less maintenance he hooked me up with a package type deal a veterans discount and even threw in some stickers and t shirts the most important thing was the knowledge he hooked me up with he answered every question I had and he explained everything so I would understand it. I have had other questions that were totally unrelated to my order anytime I have called even though the answer might lead me to use parts that I might get used elsewhere just to make sure that I get the most enjoyable driving experience i possibly can. The customer service he gave me for my order was the best I have had in years. I placed my order and got off the phone and a few minutes later I get a call from a number I dont recognize and decline the call it calls back a couple of more times and I answer it was Mike from kerma yo tell me there was a problem with my card that it popped up a fraud alert message on his machine so I called the bank and they couldn't figure out why so I called Mike with my banker on the line and he worked with my bank and got it figured out. Most places wouldn't have called me the first time and if they did would have gave up when they got no answer. Mike kept working to make sure I got the parts I needed and that really impressed me so I will buy a my parts from kerma now as long as they continue to give service like they do

I have ordered over $5000usd in parts for my 02 jetta. So far no issues. The guys at kerma are very knowledgeable, polite, and always answer my questions. Ive contacted them multiple times through email and there live chat and they always have time to deal with me. From experience i would highly recommend dealing here for anything TDI

These guys are crazy knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with everything you could possibly need to ask them. Cris chat with me on the phone for almost 40 minutes walking me through things a new owner should know about me specific engine and what I could do to nip those problems in the bud. I will not likely be going through any other company for future purchases for my Jetta.

These guys are awesome! Definitely the first place I turn to when I need something for my Jetta. I don’t have a reputable Volkswagen mechanic that does anything other than basic maintenance within 250 miles of me. They have saved me hundreds by sending me the information I need to do it myself. I have recently ordered the 165+ horsepower package along with several other products. Their customer service is unmatched! At times it is obvious they are very busy but Mike and Jason have ALWAYS answered the phone and taken the time to help me with what I need. These guys own Jetta’s and use the parts they sell They know their stuff!

Great product and Jason was very helpful with getting his back ordered parts to me on time (shipping from their warehouse). On the other hand, some guy named Brian (?)was pretty rude when I called to ask about a gasket. I was excited to write a 5 star review for these guys because they have cool stuff and were great with communication about shipping, but...

Poor customer contact when compared to other diesel parts supply, didn't update their website, wasted my time ordering parts they didn't actually have. Didn't tell me this in the email they sent, think they tried to save the sale.
They seem polite, just Spacey.

Placed my order on Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday, with a free T-shirt for being a veteran!! I didn't have a PC to use for tuning so one of the techs that happened to be somewhat I'm my area came to my house and tuned my car!!! Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about The guys at KermaTDI! I recently purchased the 165hp upgrade for my 03 Jetta grocery getter. The first guy I spoke with was Mike and he helped me decide what components I wanted and answered all my questions. He even upgraded my injector nozzles to the Bosio 764 nozzles and gave me a break on the shipping. Given the order date 12/22 it took about a week to get all the goodies delivered. I then installed all the awesome components in my car, injectors, S7 turbo, south bend stage 2 clutch and nervously took it out for a spin. It ran awesome! Then I uploaded my current ecu file and within a day had my new file waiting in my inbox. I got home, raced around and found my computer, loaded the new file to the q loader and hooked that up to my car. Let's just say the first test drive was about 90 miles long and a smile from ear to ear! Unreal how all the new components came together in perfect harmony taking a my car from a lumpy old machine into a fire breathing dragon ready to destroy any mid sized car in its path!

I definitely am going to do more business with Kerma and their great group of highly knowledgeable staff!

Sadly ive never had to deal with this company but my car came with a tune when I purchased it. I emailed them about some help and I was basically told that it cant be anything tune related causing my issue and that since I didn't do business with them im out. So beware if you purchase a car that has a kerma tune as you will get nothing from them since your not the original owner. Only reply I got back was yep, sounds like you have a problem.

This was after asking me for logs, going through the process of making logs and than I get that kind of answer.

Also seems that since they dont make "VW" its a competitiors product. Whenever I do decide to leave my basic tune and move up to something better I guess I will have to look elsewhere.

I've been driving the Jetta for two days now with the new tune uploaded from the Kerma Q loader. This car is now Freaking AMAZING!!!
It's better than when I bought it 12 years ago.
That is the best tune and performance I could imagine. I can pass anything including a gas station

After a good drive to Michigan and back along with other road trips I can truly say my TDI Rocks!
I have never in 187k miles felt this car run so well. I would recommend the Q-Loader to anyone seeking a performance boost.
My trip mileage increased 6 miles per gallon after the first tank.

I have had several cold morning starts at 20F in the last week or so. I find my TDI starts faster with less crank time.

Don't hesitate to do the Q-Loader it was very easy to do.

Best of the best in my experience. Excellent products and excellent service,...Got some PP520 injector nozzles for my 03 VW Beetle TDI and its transformed the car. Basically, the nozzle swap is all up side, more hp, more torque, but within safe bounds for my otherwise stock car (i.e., stock clutch is not troubled).

The tools loaned as part of the injector *hot swap* are very helpful (the hammer injector puller, to be specific).

I needed extra help, time and attention to get my injector swap process fully completed and Kerma TDI were just excellent to deal with and treated me extremely well. I would very happily do it all again and would recommend them with no hesitation.

This business has worked with me through some of the issues to get my TDI in great working condition. Give them a try.

I've been working on a build on my 2001 Jetta TDI for over a year now and ordered most of my parts from Kerma but my brother talked me in to having my tuning done by Malone. I didn't have enough $ to get a clutch at the same time as the rest of the parts and needed a clutch saver tune. I live at a pretty high altitude in SLC and the surge my turbo was producing with the Malone tune needed 6 iterations to calm it down and by then the power was anemic. Not to mention the several day turn around on getting a tune. I finally caved after my brother switched and I saw his cars performance increase with Kerma's tuning. Instead of a few days, I got my tune in a few hours. The Kerma tune woke my car up! Its so much smoother and faster now I can't believe it still has the stock clutch and more potential left. Boost is solid at 24/25 psi like I requested but the best part is that I don't feel like I'm limping my car around anymore. I can actually get the EGT's to hit 1400 and maybe clean out my vanes a bit on the turbo from all the babying I've had to do since the first stage of my build. Surge is minimal as well. It starts great and the drive-ability is so smooth. I can't wait to get more parts next month. Paul and the rest of the guys have gone above and beyond to help me plan and execute my build. Highly recommended!

I have only positive things to say about KermaTdi regarding my experiance as a customer over the years that i've dealt with them (Paul).
I once had issues with a order that i placed and Paul took care of me and met my expectations considering the situation.
Price wise, he's competative and from my experiance gives me better deals then the other Tdi vendors out there.
Unlike one of the posters on here, i have all kermatdi performance products in my mk4 golf tdi (minus the injectors) and the difference is night and day (vnt17, 3bar map, kermatune, large single side mount IC, southbend stage 3 clutch etc..). Im curious to see what a new tune with new injectors would do :)

To show you what type of person Paul is (from my experiance), on my previous order, Paul looked my profile up and found old (2 yrs old) store credit that i had forgotten about. Instead of not telling me, he let me know about it, which ended up saving me some money on my order and showed me what type of person he is. Call me old school, but honesty is big in my book.

I recommend kermatdi and dealing with Paul on any issues you may have.

I installed the Bosio 1019 injectors a while back and I have been messing with the fuel and settled on what I thought was a faster car. Paul at KermaTDI told me about the Q-Loader and when I installed the program which by the way took all of ten minutes....the car was...well let's just say I was WRONG!!!
It wasn't fast before, but IT IS NOW!!!. It is a BLAST to drive!!!
I absolutely can not believe the difference. Very little smoke except for that coming off the tires while they spin!!! :)
If you have a TDI and want more power easily, Q-Loader is what you want!!!!!
