Generally overall kollect provide a great service. And the contact they keep with customers is amazing. Even over the busy Xmas season I work, I forgot to leave my bin out and the guys came and emptied it anyway. I was thrilled, no other company would do that. The only negative thing I could say was that about 1 moth ago I left out the bin, it wasn't collected. I was told to leave it out for the next collection day, the guys pulled up checked the bin and drove off. The bins had been paid for, I've never had a problem up until then. But currently sitting with a full black bin due to either communication errors between the company and the drivers or there's been some misunderstanding somewhere
