The hat was marvelously made. I can't find any flaws at all. It is very comfortable and definitely as it is in the picture display on the internet. The team even changed the address on my box on the last minute, but the courier misunderstood and took the address on the old label. It's fine since my previous house was near to my current one. It was exactly what I wanted and I have worn it daily since it arrived - this was the second hat I bought from them. (This is the summer version of the wool version I bought earlier in the year.) The only thing I can think of to improve is some wash/care instructions. In between washing it and then letting it dry it seemed to shrink a bit, which is something I did my best to avoid. Other than that small suggestion I could not be more pleased and if it ever dies I will order another.
