Company has false advertisement claiming black friday deal and when a real black friday comes all product are discounted . I asked for price adjustment and they would not do it . I will no longer order anything from them. There are great companies like sparkle and co with super coatumer service !!

Attempts to contact them through the "contact us" form on their website results in nothing. They will later claim that they have "no record" of an email from you. I had to chase them for months trying to get my refund. When I finally thought I made progress in a chat, they once again dropped the ball and did nothing. They FAILED to provide a refund until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Even then, they lied and claimed that it was all my fault. What a pathetic excuse for a company. Madam Glam, more like Madam Scam.

I bought madam glam gel polish from the Uk , they were on sale 50 % off and when they sent the package to me they wrote invoice of full price so it resulted in me paying £82 for custom tax . And another package went missing and it must had been returned to them by now but I did not receive any compensation like what they promised to give me when I purchased new order . Very disappointed after being customer for 4 years.

Delivery service should not be listed as 2 day service. I ordered a package on Sunday afternoon - paid extra to have expedited shipping (2day) and today is Thursday and i still don’t have my package. My package shipped Monday.
The rep at fed ex said the shipping selected was not 2 day shipping and that it was actually ground shipping. MG I’m fine with ground shipping but say that on your website for shipping. This is the 2nd time I selected and paid for 2 day shipping that turned into closer to 7 days instead. I know why now b/c it’s not really 2 day shipping. Your website is inaccurate.

I purchased the Natural Beauty color from the Green collection, but the consistency of the nail polish was nothing like it was advertised, It was just a glittery clear polish, with glittery scarlet and white. It's pretty but not the actual scarlet color with glitter that was advertised.

I love these gels and so do my clients. However the last two times I've received an order one gel bottle is broken and spilled all over inside the box. It's a mess to clean up and a waste of one whole gel I paid for.

This product is actually really good. It’s fast, it’s easy and it’s ptobably the best alternative to acrylics. However. The ONLY complaint I have is the base coat and brush. You can’t wipe the brush off because the base coat is very sticky and tacky (which is good for application and dipping) but it’s clumps up A LOT. The brush saver is nice but you have to alternate your brushes in and out of the saver in order to have a smooth application of the base coat. That leaves your nails coming out very uneven which can be ugly but if you have an e file you should be okay to gently file away.

I requested a cancelation for the VIP membership that by mistake i got. On the email, Cristina said it was canceled, but I am still being charged for it. I contacted her again, she apologized and said it was requested again. Still no refund. I guess I lost this one.

LOVE the product but I would gladly pay extra to have ONLY UPS or FedEx for shipping. USPS is unreliable, late, and constantly losing mail.
