Over the course of the last 2 months I have made multiple purchases from Marine deals. If you get your order in before lunch it will ship out by courier that same day and will be with you the following day. Exceptional and class leading delivery. Additionally I just purchased a Okuma Rockaway reel and a Okuma Surf flight reel, and both at no fault of marine deals didn’t actually come with a spare spool as advertised by Okuma NZ. When I contacted Okuma directly about the Surf flight reel they would not help me out and said the product info was from the USA, but they will update there website and remove the spare spool option (this didn’t help me at all Okuma NZ ), but Alex from Marine deals went above and beyond and supplied me with a spare spool for my Rockaway reel which was purchased through marine deals. Needless to say, I was blown away by this level of customer care and marine deals now have a customer for life.
