With OfficeEarth you guys had me up and running within the hour and were very helpful with setting up your service. You Online portal is great and easy to use. Not to mention your app that I have on my phone free of charge. Your service has given me the ability to attend jobs without the fear of missing another because I didn't get to the phone. A cost effective solution for someone to answer the phone either as full time, temporary or overflow.

They play a recording along the lines of "your call will be recorded for quality and...". When people hear that they just hang up, which has been causing a loss of business almost every time a call is diverted to OfficeEarth. They used to be good though, but now I'm better off directing calls to voicemail than OfficeEarth.
