Paperless Pipeline is a robust and user-friendly transaction management system. I've found it to be a very easy and efficient way to manage all my files. The checklists can be modified and set up to work with your timeline on any transaction so you don't miss a deadline or any step along the way to closing. You can upload all your documents and even "break them apart" if you have one PDF with numerous documents that need separated into individual ones.
The ability to email from within PP and add other agents or outside vendors is a great feature as well. The software is easy to use and easy to learn.
I would highly recommend Paperless Pipeline to any real estate agent or Closing Coordinator that needs a system to stay organized and on top of each transaction they're working with.

I LOVE Paperless Pipeline. Paperless Pipeline is user friendly and is great for the agent as well as the Broker. It is more of a streamline system. And is easier to use than other systems for older, not so tech types to use.

2 things I would like: 1. for some reason PP erases my initial review of our key contract. They check box simply comes back empty later on. Does not look like it was revised in a timely manner. 2. When I place a note just below a doc., it automatically goes out to the agent. I leave those notes for myself so that when I sign off on the file at the end, I can remember what it was that we still needed for that doc. WOUld be very nice if there was a check box that send "send to agent" so that I could only bother them as necessary. Thanks! A great program however.

I'd really say about 4.5 stars. Very easy to use. I like being able to merge documents & the office section helps me keep track of what's missing in a file. I can email to agents what I need & keep track as it is returned. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star is, the program goes down frequently (lately). I get the Oops message. That's a time consuming problem, since I'm on Paperless 95% of my day working on files.

I do not even want to remember what it was like before Paperless Pipeline. This system has streamlined our transactions and with everything in one place, it is so easy to reference what is needed. It allows us to work off of checklists so we have a system in place for each transaction and nothing falls through the cracks. We are able to better serve our clients.
