I was looking to get 5,000 - 11x17 flyers printed at a really thick card stock, but the price was over our budget. Print Fast was able to recommend an alternative stock that saved me over $1,000 with a glossy finish which was actually more impressive. Every other company wanted 7 days and a higher price but we had a deadline for Saturday's trade show.
Came in Monday to print a sample and meet the staff, called my credit card number in Tuesday evening after I couldn't find a better price in the GTA and flyers were ready to pickup Friday evening for the weekend.
First time transaction with this company, really impressed, I like how they are open on weekends too. Will be switching my printing over to this company after 4 years with another.

Terrible shopping cart system and artwork uploading feature, with multiple errors. Payment will process off your card and then stay in holding for up to 2 weeks as this company does not have any record of any errors processed via their online shopping cart.

We checked your record with Print Fast and you became a guest customer 3 days ago; not 2 weeks ago as you mentioned. According to our records, you never place any order or made any payments. It is regular practice to direct any customer has concern about wrong charges or duplicated charges to their credit card company since we don't have any record to discuss.
