It's been three weeks since I placed my order didn't hear anything for 2 weeks then I get a text saying finally my order has been dispatched. A week later I still haven't received my order, it does say to allow 14 days for delivery not dispatch. I'm now being asked to review my experience although I still haven't received my goods. I'm Very disappointed if I hadn't paid for delivery it wouldn't be as bad.

I live in the U.S. and purchasing was very easy & shipping was surprisingly fast. My ONLY complaint is that the lego Freddie Mercury that I received doesn't look quite like the one that is pictured on the website. The white pants are supposed to have a red stripe down them and the one that I received is solid white. He still sits on my piano just fine but he doesn't look exactly like what's pictured.

Product took far too long to be delivered.at the beginning there was no communication as to why this was the case.once communication was established I was given reasonable explanation and was offered a refund of the shipping cost and 20% discount on a future purchase.still waiting for this to happen;seems we have lost communication again.!!!
