I used this tool for my wedding. It was great to use, easy to setup. However, be careful when cancelling your subscription. If you do it past the due date, or after a failed charge, they will keep trying to charge you for the rest of that month or 'billing period' even if you cancelled your subscription.
I cancelled my subscription a few days after it was due because I noticed the failed transaction. But it seems they kept trying to charge me until they succeeded.
I liked the tool and was planning to use it again, but I dislike such dishonest business practices with hidden fine prints. A cancelled subscription is a cancelled subscription.

RSVPify is a great tool. It was easy to set up and convenient for our guests to respond with. The ability to export the results to a spreadsheet was super helpful for putting together tables, place cards and meal choices for our event.

The tool was easy to configure and administer. The inability to turn off the messaging about "number in your party" led to many questions as to if plus ones were available, when in fact they were not.

The site was very helpful in keeping track of attended. It was easy to set up once you figured out how to import your design material. There's one area that could improve. The repetitive info for every person listed in a group. Makes a long review process. Should only be one info per group. Going back in to make changes to guess cold be simplified.
