First order was pretty good. Came in 2 shipments separately but the 2nd one was awful. They also came in 2 groups- but sent me the wrong items & substituted others without asking or telling me. Thats why I haven’t ordered again & don’t plan to order

While it gave me an opportunity to sample a fragrance before purchasing, the cap on the vial was so flimsy, I couldn't get it back on the vial. So, basically, I had one time to try the perfume, and the rest ended up spilling and being wasted. It's a great concept, but your packaging is terrible.
