Haven't received product its been over 6 months, a total scam

Have been waiting since April 4th for items that were ordered directly from the shop. I purchased more items on April 19, April 24, and April 25 but have received none of them. No tracking has been updated. At the 2 month mark, I messaged shopowner asking for an update and was told that all was finished and will be shipped the next day. This did not happen. I waited 3 more weeks before messaging the seller again, now mid-July, and was told that they’d get back to me in the morning. Another week passes and no messages received. I simply would like to have the items that I purchased almost 4 months ago now, as I’ve spent nearly $200 on items. Communication with seller is poor and as a customer, this does not make me want to purchase any further. I understand that running a business takes effort and I don’t mind waiting longer than the estimated processing time (still stated as 2-3 weeks), but I do not appreciate being told that my items will be shipped and then another month goes by and nothing has happened. I also don’t understand receiving a tracking number for an item on May 14th that still hasn’t actually been shipped and it’s currently July 21st.

I placed an order on June 9th. After not receiving any information about the order being shipped, I contacted the store via Instagram on June 18th. I was told on this day my order would be shipped the next day. I finally received a tracking number on June 21st, 3 days after I was told it would be shipped. Today it's June 28th and the tracking says USPS is still waiting for the package. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm very disappointed.

I ordered a long time ago and got a shipping notice a long time ago but I’ve checked and it still isn’t even been taken to the post office yet
