Thank You for your wonderful customer service. I keep an extra ink cartridge on hand at all times. I opened a new cartridge and it didn't work. I sent Swift Ink an email requesting a free replacement and, within 15 minutes, someone from your company called me to apologize and assure me a new cartridge was on the way. I received the replacement cartridge in a couple of days and I really appreciate your wonderful customer service!

I ordered ink from Swiftink and had some trouble with print quality when I got the ink. I called customer service and they told me exactly what I needed to do to correct the problem and it worked great. First time I called someone answered right away and it was a rep I could understand as well. Very pleased with the customer support I received and print quality is now excellent with my Swiftink cartridges! I would highly recommend Swiftink!

Recently I wrote a review and only gave Swift Ink a 1 star rating. Upon that review, they emailed and called me within an hour and tried to resolve the problem I was having. They could not resolve it and they immediately sent me a replacement. I had gotten a bad cartridge. The new one they sent worked perfectly. I have to say there customer service is OUTSTANDING. I've been an EPSON customer for many years, & without a doubt they provide the Cadillac of InkJet all-in-one printers. However when I got the WF-4720 WorkForce I thought I'd have to leave them because at Age 83, I could no longer afford the replacement cartridges. The previous resellers did not choose to provide a replacement product and Epson was ridiculous. Got involved with Mark at Swift, and tried his product, but it failed. He didn't quit and convinced me to work with him, and now I find that I can keep my perfect printer, (I had considered buying an HP so I could afford the cartridges). These inks perform fine in my printer, and work well on photo paper as well as regular copier paper. The larger capacity cartridges a capable of many more prints than the regular size. The price are quite good, and free shipping adds to the bargain. (Plus the ship quickly!) A good deal and a good company.
