We contacted the company to get a new auto blade for my Cameo 4 had a small crack in the auto blade that came with my Silhouette. They went above and beyond not only giving us a new Auto blade, but a rotary blade as well with no charge. In all sent us 3 blades! I highly recommend this company for further future purchases. I’m glad I made the decision to purchase the 7n1 heat press bundle! So far, I haven’t had any issues learning to use it. Shipping & delivery was prompt! My only negative is that I did not receive any of the heat resistant tape rolls that was included within my bundle order. Reviewing the manual writing on the packing slip, it’s seems evident that someone was aware of this during a quality control check however, as no communication was provided regarding the missing items, I’ve no idea if I should still expect to be delivered or receive a refund, credit or exchange for the 4 missing rolls of tape. The larger shipping box itself was also not securely taped up.
