This program is very easy and kitchen friendly to accomplish! After much research on Keto programs this was the one for me. Everything I needed was already in my kitchen (with a few exceptions). I didn’t have to google any odd ingredients that I have never heard of. Started this on Monday at 155 lbs, it’s now Saturday and I am now 148lbs. Maybe water weight? But I am enjoying the menu immensely!
