The Hoverboard was a Christmas gift for my daughter. It stopped working towards the end of January. I emailed the company and asked them to advise me on sending it back for repair. They have suspended operations and told me to find someone that could work on it. They also attached two youtube links. I didn't pay that much money for the product to only work a month. I have asked for a refund and keep getting the same response, that my request is being reviewed. I am fixing to take legal matters. Very disappointed after reading the good reviews they had.
