The more accurate thing is 3.5 stars because I feel like 3 sounds low but 4 sounds high. These are some of my favorite Tubie pads. However the ones I have I received as gifts or from Oley conference booths for a company and this is my first time buying direct. While I absolutely love the products themselves there is no communication and shipping is slow. I ordered a few weeks ago and today got the shipping notification and a request to review even though I have not received the items yet. I asked via email what the turnaround time was and such and never got a response. One day just woke up to two emails about shipping and reviews. I love the product and I absolutely understand small business so I am not completely knocking it down. I’d order again. Again I totally love these Tubie pads but communication could be better. I’m even ok with slow shipping as long as I know what’s going on.
