First off, please let me say these guys are 110% legitimite if you're on the fence about using their service. Once payment is made securely through PayPal, it took less then 5 minutes for a tech to reach out to me with instructions via email. This entire process took less then 10 minutes total and worked like a charm. So if you're like me and buy a phone locked and can't get the original owner to unlock it, this is the way to go.
