Unfortunately the product was faulty and while your staff were polite I did not appreciate being told I was doing something wrong because “there’s a bit of a trick to it” - it being screwing on a lid. Upon subsequently advising your team that the problem persisted despite following the ‘special instructions’ I was sent a voucher to receive a discount on a future order, however I would have preferred a refund for the complete value of the faulty product (including postage actually), especially as there has not been anything else I wanted to buy from your site.

The couriers were difficult to contact, i had to wait a long time on the phone. Then i organised for them to leave the package at a nearby 7-11. The driver then left the package at a newsagents a few suburbs away instead, making it difficult for me to go and get.
