Very poor communication about shipping was delayed. My products took over 3 weeks from order to delivery. At NO time until 2 days before arrival did I hear of any tracking or processing my order. I emailed the company twice asking for updates on my order and tracking. I did not hear back with any response.

I really like the fact that the bands do not roll on you every time you move; that’s awesome. I feel that some bands feel a little too loose; like they need more resistance to them. All in all I would recommend these to people, because you can double band them to get more resistance and they don’t roll on you.
