Ordered device on Saturday evening. Sunday afternoon exchange of email to say out of stock, would I like the next one up at the same price. Yes. Shipped Tuesday morning. Arrived Wednesday well packed. Very good service, nearly lost a star for stock levels not being up-to-date on the site but dealt with well.

Fast Delivery! I ordered a snom D715 phone from VoIP Warehouse as it was the cheapest I could find. I paid for 2-3 day delivery and was surprised when the phone was delivered next day. Great service, highly recommend!

Credit where it's due I wanted to order 2 of the same headsets but the website said they only had one in stock. I phoned to double check as they were the cheapest I could find them and the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He did confirm there was only one in stock, but that he'd order one in and I would have both within about a week. 2 days later they were both delivered!
