I love the service! I feel like communication is a little lacking overall, and I think it would help with the wait times. Maybe add in an option to book a delivery time? I'm sure you do routes but I've ordered at 6:00pm and have had to wait until 11pm some times with no communication or time window given to me.
The bulk deal discounts are phenomenal however, and with extra goodies thrown in for certain price points it encourages me to buy more. There's always a ton of variety and lots of organic options as well as fun edibles to try. While there may not be as much of a selection as a brick and mortar shop, every strain I've gotten from Zenleaf has been top notch.
