Established in 1989, Alex’s Cycles has been a family owned and operated business for some 20 years! The original shop was located in Osaka Japan. In 2006 Alex’s father, the founder of the business, retired and passed the business on to his son Alex. Alex decided that the future lay in establishing the business as an online internet business serving bicycle enthusiasts around the world. The warehouse and workshop are still located in Osaka but the retail shop front has closed. All products are now shipped direct to customers from the warehouse and all of the shipping processes are operated by Alex and his team. There is no provision for customer collection direct from the warehouse as all products are shipped to our customers. Alex himself is a keen cycling enthusiast and bicycles have been a lifelong passion of his! Alex has lived in Japan and also Australia from time to time.
